Our malt extracts are 100% natural and offer a wide range of possibilities. They have unique colour and flavour properties that are suitable for baked goods including bread. Moreover, they don’t have a bitter aftertaste. Malt extract is the perfect replacement for E150. Our range includes diastatic malts, flavour malts and colour malts based on barley, wheat, rye or spelt.
